Where do Charitable Funds Go?
Jacobs Home, Inc. works to remove barriers to independence, and to expand horizons while cultivating meaningful life. We provide residential services based upon the “Individualized Support Plan” which is developed by a team of experts, family, and other caring individuals in the resident’s life through the process of “Person-Centered-Planning.”

Subsidies from charitable funds enable Jacobs Home participants to enjoy a variety of recreational and cultural activities that may include musical theatre, movies, massage therapy, camping, a long-distance trip, professional sporting events, restaurant dinners, hobbies or religious activities. We are continually grateful for those who have established special funds at the Federation that provide subsidies to Jacobs Home residents.
